March 8, 2024 – On International Women’s Day 2024, we were joined once again by H.E. Oksana Markarova, Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. She shared with us how the war in Ukraine is impacting its people and human rights globally. In conversation with CTWAC CEO Megan Torrey.

This important event represents an ongoing collaboration between the Women’s Leadership Center at the University of Saint Joseph and the World Affairs Council of Connecticut. Each year we join forces for International Women’s Day to recognize the contributions of women globally and highlight the women leading us.
