September 19, 2024The 2024 Global Security Forum was held in honor of Paul W. Bucha, Medal of Honor Recipient. Paul received the nation’s highest award for valor for his actions during the Vietnam War. Upon leaving active service, Paul worked tirelessly to improve the treatment of veterans and their families. This year, Medal of Honor Recipient and U.S. Army Captain Florent “Flo” Groberg gave the first Paul W. Bucha Keynote Address at the GSF2024 opening VIP Reception.
