Courage, Character, Leadership and Service | Paul “Buddy” Bucha, Recipient of the Medal of Honor

October 1, 2020 – The World Affairs Council of Connecticut is honored to award the 2020 Luminary Award to Paul “Buddy” Bucha, Recipient of the Medal of Honor, in celebration of his lifetime of leadership and unwavering dedication to global dialogue and service.

Paul received the medal for extraordinary valor during the Vietnam War and has lived his life as a true example of leadership and inspiration.
