Premiere: State of the Ukrainian Counteroffensive

September 15, 2023 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Watch the full conversation here.

The war in Ukraine is arguably at its most critical tipping point.

Having won their survival by resisting Russian advances at the beginning of the war, the Ukranian people are now engaged in a hard-fought counteroffensive to liberate the rest of their territory and citizens.

Our Fellow Jonah Gosnay sat down with Dr. Fred Kagan to discuss the current state of the counteroffensive and our role in setting up Ukraine for success.

Premiering: Friday, September 15 | 4:00 PM | Live on our Youtube channel
