Perry\, Navy Chief of Information\, about the evolution of the role of the U.S. Navy and the course the Navy is charting for the future of national and global security. \nThe USS Hartford is a Los Angeles-class\, nuclear-powered fast attack submarine – the class that forms the backbone of the Navy’s submarine force. Perry is a native of Fort Lauderdale\, Florida.
