We look forward to seeing you there! \nRESERVE YOUR TICKET                \n                            \n        \n        \nArthur House Bio:\nArthur House is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut and former Cybersecurity Policy Advisor to Connecticut’s Secretary of the State.\nHe became Chief Cybersecurity Risk Officer for the State of Connecticut in October 2016 after four years as Chairman of Connecticut’s Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.\nHouse has a background in national security\, having served as Director of Communications in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and as Chief of the Communications Group for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency\, a combat support agency of the U.S. Department of Defense. As a White House Fellow he served as Special Projects Officer on the staff of the National Security Council.\nHe worked in Asia and Africa as an economist and loan officer for the World Bank and was a Congressional Adviser to the United States Mission to the United Nations. In the private sector\, House was Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Webster Bank and also held senior executive positions at Cigna\, Aetna\, and Tenneco.\nHis career has also included three positions in the United States Senate as Chief of Staff to former Connecticut Senator Abraham Ribicoff\, Staff Director of the Democratic Policy Committee for former Senate Majority Leader Robert Byrd\, and Legislative Assistant to Senator Chris Dodd.
